How do I get my ES Soccer Family discounts?
 
When you shop in-stores, just provide the email associated with your ES Soccer Family account at checkout, and you’ll automatically score 10% off shoes, socks, shin guards, and balls.

Shopping online? Simply login to your account before purchasing (click ‘login’ in the top right corner), and the discount will be applied at checkout. If you’re not logged in, you won’t earn points—so don’t miss out!
How do I earn points?
 
For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn one ES Soccer Family point. Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your purchase—whether in-store or online. Once you hit 300 points, we’ll send you a $10 reward to use at your favorite European Sports store or online at www.europeansports.com.

Heads up! Points are only earned on product purchases—not on shipping, taxes, or gift card purchases. Purchases are rounded down to the nearest dollar for point calculations.
How do I check my points?
 
Want to see how many points you’ve racked up? Log into your ES Soccer Family account and check your status anytime.
Can I use my points directly to buy products?
 
Not quite—but once you earn 300 points, we’ll send you a $10 reward that you can use just like cash toward your next purchase.
How do I redeem rewards?
 
Once you’ve earned enough points, you’ll receive an email with your reward. Use it in-store by providing your email at checkout or ask a team member to look it up for you. Shopping online? Login at checkout and select which reward you’d like to use from the dropdown. Don’t forget: rewards can’t be used for shipping or tax.

Unsure if you are logged in? Look in the top right corner of the website between “Find my soccer club” and the cart icon. If you are not logged, it will say “Login to My Account”. Click this and enter your email address.

Please note: a maximum of $30 in rewards can be redeemed per transaction (such as an online purchase or in-store transaction). If you have more than $30 in rewards, you can spend them on your next transaction.

Heads up! Points are accumulated for every dollar spent in-store, online, and on your team's custom uniform kit. However, rewards can only be spent on items in-store and online aka not on team pricing, spirit wear, and/or custom apparel.
Do I really get 10% off all shoes, socks, shin guards, and balls?
 
Absolutely! Just remember:
1. Discounts can’t be combined with other promotions. If a sale already gives you 20% off a ball, you’ll get that discount instead of an extra 10%.
2. Team pricing, custom gear, and club/spiritwear are excluded since they already come with bulk/team discounts.
How long does my ES Soccer Family membership last?
 
Forever! Your membership is free and never expires, as long as you have a valid email on file. You can join with any purchase from your local European Sports store and/or www.europeansports.com when a valid email address is provided.
Can I share my rewards with a friend?
 
Sorry, but rewards are non-transferable. They’re just for you (and your family) to enjoy through your ES Soccer Family account with the corresponding email address.
When will I receive my rewards?
 
Every time you hit 300 points, you’ll automatically receive a $10 reward via email. You can also check your account to view available rewards by clicking here.
My reward isn’t working - what should I do?
 
A few things might be causing the issue:
1. You can only use one reward per transaction (e.g., if you have a $10 and $20 reward, you can only use one at a time).
2. Make sure you haven’t entered the code in another browser or device—to fix it, just remove it from your old cart.
3. Unsure if you are logged in? Look in the top right corner of the website between “Find my soccer club” and the cart icon. If you are not logged, it will say “Login to My Account”. Click this and enter your email address.
4. The product total must meet or exceed your reward amount before tax and shipping.
5. Rewards can’t be used on team pricing, custom gear, or club/spiritwear purchases.
6. You might be trying to redeem more than $30 in rewards. $30 is the maximum amount of rewards that can be redeemed in one store visit/online transaction.

How long are my rewards valid?
 
Each reward is valid for six months. We’ll send you up to two reminder emails so you don’t miss out, but once six months are up, the reward expires.
